As you may already be aware, WHO announced coronavirus disease (COVID-19) as a pandemic outbreak, it is now a known event.
For clarity, we will have the following exclusion applied, for upcoming new/renewal travel policies with an effective date on Mar 12, 2020, and onward :
for any losses related to, directly or indirectly, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) or coronavirus disease (COVID-19).
Terms and Conditions under existing in-force travel policies will not be affected. However given COVID-19 is already a known event, cover for any new Journey arranged after the WHO announcement (or our previous notification against Wuhan and Mainland China, whichever the earlier) will not respond to loss related to COVID-19.

I only want cover for 1-2 weeks can I buy a short term membership?
Our plans make the most sense for regular travellers, or people who will take trips of more than 30 days. We currently only sell annual memberships which helps to keeps the cost competitive
Can I buy mulitple memberships?
We are happy to put together custom plans for groups or companies. Our standard plans allow for 2 adults and 3 children but we can also cater for larger families.
What influences the pricing?
Our prices are fixed at US$217 for adults and US$100 for Children up to age 16. This is an annual cost for up to 90 days travel at a time.
I first joined Aimviva for its travel insurance, which offered better coverage at a lower price than HSBC and also offered the SIM card, lounge access, and travel coupon all as additional bonuses.
